Great for walking and cycling. Lightweight and sleeves come off turning it into a vest which is very versatile for different seasons. Easily packs away into itself for travel which I love.

This jacket is comfortable to run in, even when wearing a hydro pack, and there is plenty of venting to stop overheating. The sleeves zip off from the front so they can be removed or attached without having to remove the jacket. The jacket I purchased was a size too small, but I was able to return it for the correct size and it fits great.
