SUB4’S ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT POLICY
We’re passionate about sustainability and the conscious choice you make each time you order with us.
We custom make to order which encourages conscious consumption of clothing. We make specifically for you and your team, club, school or organisation. We believe this approach helps to reduce the huge waste that mass consumption of clothing (particularly from the major brands) is contributing to the environment, https://www.businessinsider.com.au/fast-fashion-environmental-impact-pollution-emissions-waste-water-2019-10?r=US&IR=T
Sub4’s clothing is manufactured predominantly in China and the factories we use are visited regularly to ensure that we know the people that are making your clothes. The Asian region is a mecca for like production through to the finished product, which suits Australia’s geographic location. We also direct ship from our core factories internationally when we can, thus reducing the carbon miles where possible.
Unfortunately the small are getting smaller and the big are getting bigger but who does the right thing when no one is looking?
