Yes – sometimes things go wrong. This is never our intention but it does happen. For instances that fall outside of normal wear & tear contact us at: email@example.com. Refunds are offered for items upto 30 days after your receipt. You may return to: Sub4, 1/18 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, 3122, Victoria, Australia. Your refund will appear once we have received the item.
Yes – we’re happy to offer size exchanges. Simply return your unused item(s) to: Sub4, 1/18 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, 3122, Victoria, Australia, along with what your wanting the item exchanged for. Note we do require a pre-paid & self addressed reply satchel included with your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in Australia & for international orders unless the item is faulty in which case Sub4 will cover the return shipping cost.
