WARRANTY

Yes – sometimes things go wrong. This is never our intention but it does happen. For instances that fall outside of normal wear & tear contact us at: info@sub4.com.au. Refunds can only be offered for items received back within 30 days after delivery.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Yes – we are happy to offer this. Simply return your unused item(s) to: Sub4, 1/18 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, 3122, Victoria, Australia, along with what your wanting the item exchanged for. Note we do require a pre-paid & addressed reply satchel.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable in Australia & for international orders.
